What we collect
When you use our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, business email, phone, business type, number of locations and your message. That's it. We use it to answer you and set up the call.
What we never ask for
We never ask for passwords, SSNs or bank numbers by email.
We don't ask for them on this site either. Sensitive documents go only through our secure client portal.
Booking and calls
We use our scheduling and video-call tools to book and hold intro calls. They get what you enter when you book: your name, email and the time you pick.
Text messages
If you're a client and opt in to texts, we use your number only for account messages: payroll confirmations, deadline reminders, appointment updates and billing notices. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Analytics and cookies
We use light, cookie-light analytics to see which pages get read. No session replay. We don't record what you type into forms.
Who we share with
We don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing. We share it only with service providers we need to do the work, like our texting and scheduling tools, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards. A person reviews and releases everything in the client portal. Uploads are deleted 90 days after a request closes. Payment or bank changes are always confirmed by phone.
