Answers for owners

How do I get a P&L for each of my stores?

Set up one class or location per store in QuickBooks, Online or Desktop, and tag every sale and expense to the store it belongs to. Then you can run a P&L for each store, side by side, plus the total.

Short Zoom call · No books or reports needed

How it works

  1. Pick class or location tracking. One per store.
  2. Use the same accounts for every store, so you compare apples to apples.
  3. Tag sales, labor, food and paper, rent and the rest to the right store.
  4. Split shared costs, like an owner's salary or a shared manager, the same way every month.
  5. Run the report by store each month.

What you get from us
